The Douglas Williams Foundation was formed on July 29th, 2017 in honor of and to commemorate the life of Raphael Walter Williams who passed away on July 10th, 2017. Through his mother Carol and sister Michelle Douglas, Walter was able to cultivate his passion for community outreach and charitable works as they led the way, having been involved with various charitable organizations for the last 25 years. His last and burning wish before his passing was that the inner city outreach program not be abandoned or deferred for lack of funding. Since then, DWF has been partnering with Christian Centre Church to fund the program.
